We work exclusively with high-quality natural materials. As a result, subtle variations in tone, texture, or grain may occur. These are not imperfections, but natural characteristics that contribute to the individuality and authenticity of each Los Capras piece.
To help preserve the shape, surface, and finish of your product, we recommend the following care guidelines:
- Keep the product away from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat sources, and high humidity.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, cosmetics, sanitizers, or chemical-based products.
- Exposure to water, salt, oil, alcohol, or abrasive substances may cause irreversible damage to natural materials.
- Prolonged contact with colour-transferring fabrics or surfaces may result in staining, particularly on lighter tones.
- Do not use cleaning agents. Scratches or abrasions caused by improper cleaning are irreversible.
- When not in use, store your item in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated space, ideally upright and inside its dust bag.
- To help retain shape, insert soft filling and position straps or chains carefully to avoid pressure on the surface.
- Ensure all closures and fastenings are secured during storage to maintain the product’s structure.
- Metal components may naturally react over time to environmental exposure. Contact with moisture, perfume, alcohol, or cosmetic products may cause dulling or discoloration. To protect these details, we recommend wrapping metal parts in a soft cloth or placing them inside the product during storage.
