Distance Sales Agreement

1. SCOPE
This Agreement applies to all products ordered electronically through www.loscapras.com and regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of such products.

2. PRODUCT & PRICING
Product details, prices, payment methods, and delivery information are presented on the website at the time of purchase.
All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. PAYMENT
Payment is made using the methods available on the website.
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Los Capras does not store payment information.

4. DELIVERY
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer within the estimated timeframe stated on the website.
Delivery times may vary due to logistics or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within the withdrawal period.

6. EXCEPTIONS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Personalised or customised products (including monogrammed items)
Products damaged due to improper use or care

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned product is received and approved.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Disputes may be submitted to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts as provided by law.

9. ACCEPTANCE
By placing an order on the website, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted this Agreement.
